About Flux
Flux (also called FluxCS or FluxBot) is a web panel for running Counter-Strike 2 matches and tournaments. It controls normal CS2 dedicated servers over RCON and reads their live logs, so no server plugin is needed. Admins run the whole match from one page: map veto, ready-up, knife round, technical and tactical pauses, round restore and server migration. Viewers get public match pages with live scores, kill feed and player stats, plus brackets, seasons and leaderboards.
What Flux does
- Map veto in the browser: each captain gets a link, viewers can watch it live
- Ready-up, roster check (players not on the roster are kicked), forced names and team avatars
- Knife round with stay / swap, decided by HP if time runs out
- Technical pauses, tactical timeouts, admin and production pauses
- Round restore from backups, map replay and moving a match to another server mid-game
- Live scores, kill feed, round history and player stats (HLTV 2.0 rating, ADR, KAST)
- Single and double elimination, Swiss (Major style), round-robin and GSL groups with playoffs
- Seasons with leaderboards, Discord webhooks, TeamSpeak coach mute, API with webhooks
- LAN events: venue servers connect out to the panel, no port forwarding
- Panel in 13 languages
Questions people ask us
- What is Flux?
- Flux (also called FluxCS or FluxBot) is a web panel for running Counter-Strike 2 matches and tournaments. The veto, ready-up, knife round, pauses, round restores, live scores, player stats, brackets and seasons all happen on one page.
- How is Flux different from MatchZy or Get5?
- MatchZy and Get5 are plugins you install on the game server. Flux isn’t a plugin: it controls a normal CS2 server over RCON and reads its logs, and adds the web panel, public match pages, brackets and stats on top.
- What do I need to run matches with Flux?
- A CS2 dedicated server with RCON turned on. You add it in the panel with its RCON password, and Flux sets up the log address and everything else itself.
- Do I have to install a plugin on my CS2 server?
- No. You add the server in the panel and that’s it. Your server stays a normal CS2 server.
- Does it work at a LAN?
- Yes, see the LAN section above. You don’t need to change anything on the venue network.
- How do I get access?
- Come say hi on our Discord and we’ll get you set up.
